I went recently, this place is locked up TIGHT. There are neighbours too that get mad if you make too much noise, me and my friend had to run out because of the residents screaming at us from the apartment building next door.

There is a POE, it's difficult though. The bigger worry is the street, there are often cars parked outside the building. It's not security, it's some workers from nearby buildings, often the strip mall across the street.

This place is locked up like fort knox, every window is tightly boarded or covered, there’s 10 foot gates covered in rusty razor wire, not to mention the crowded train station behind the building and busy dundas st w at the front.

Is this place still open?

I must say the gas smell has left, and there were no squatters as far as I could see. I recommend checking out this building out, great for pictures and exploring as long as you're careful.

I believe so, ABC is a classic. I feel like we would of heard about it being demolished

Yes, there are. Found one on the very bottom floor hiding behind a door. If visiting, i’d recommend taking the squatters into consideration.

i don’t think there was when i went, but since it was already partially demolished i could of missed it haha

Yeah, i think they’re doing construction on it or something. When I went there was a bulldozer parked out front, but if it’s still there it should be just past the bulldozer on the right.
