Small wrecked house with basement

The floor is slightly concaved. Since there is a basement there may be risk of collapse. Roof also looks unstable.

There is a home nearby but it's quiet most of the time. It is right beside an active road.

Not sure how old it is, but I am surprised how small it is.

I thought it was a shack but turns out it's just a really small house.

There is an exit by the back to what was probably once a yard but it's been buried by landslides from the escarpment.

The basement is small and contains a workbench and a rusty vice.
