Shenanigan's Clubhouse

Former members’ restaurant on the grounds of Sparrow Lakes (now Cardinal Lakes) golf club. It has been abandoned for about 10 years, but it hit that magic mark just this past winter where the decay rocketed upwards exponentially due to rotting roof sections. Lots of intense decay inside and the strange inclusion of an old barber chair in one of the back rooms. Parking lot is not blocked off, but the golf course is still active and your vehicle likely won’t be ignored long. You’re better off to park a 5-minute walk north at the fishing bridge. Solid concrete floors throughout and no flashlight is even needed -- it’s a bright location with lots of windows. Just bring proper respiratory PPE for the mold.
