Gated, accessible through hole in the fencing of the ‘Saint-Frère-André Catholic Secondary School’ schoolyard by the train tracks.
This location was once home to a local auto shop, and had a secret skate park hidden behind it. It became abandoned sometime in the mid-late 2010s. It eventually was burned down around late 2020-early 2021.
This location was once home to a local auto shop. It became abandoned sometime in the mid-late 2010s. A skate park was created between the building and the train tracks that were only a few dozen meters away from the building. The park was a well known spot that local teenagers and/or homeless people would hang out at. The spot began to become more frequented by local teenagers around 2020, which attracted police attention. It eventually burned down around late 2020-mid 2021. The fire is believed by many to have been intentional.

I'm not sure if I have any photos of this location. Shortly after the fire, someone printed out some photos of the interior and tacked them onto the wooden fence surrounding the ruins of the building. These prints are viewable in the June 2021 google street view of the Dundas bridge at what was once the auto shop's entrance, but have since been removed. Hopefully the individual who put them up is a member of our community and can share the photos they have on here.

i used to frequent this building in 2020 and can confirm that the fire was intentional.
