Through past photos, it seems as though the chain of houses on harbord street have been boarded up for around 5 years since 2017.
About this location
While attending a program at UofT nearby, I often passed by the chain of houses that were all boarded up. Although it has been boarded up there are plans to repurpose it.

Houses have been fully demolished, now just an empty gated-off lot where the former house chain used to be.
