About this location
This house is in way better condition than we expected. A back add-on section of the house has the roof collapsed into it, but the rest is intact. The house has working hydro and light switches. A sheet of plywood covers the main door held in place by 6 Robertson screws. So make sure you bring a drill or screwdriver to get in, or push your way through the overgrown yard to the back door which is unlocked and not boarded up.
