Hazards of Yonge and Sheppard Four

Hazards are limited, though caution is still needed. It’s on a main road in plain view of cars, there is broken glass that litters the floors, and there is a dead animal in the upstairs bedroom. Some of it is gated, but it seems they didn’t try very hard to keep it inaccessable.

History of Yonge and Sheppard Four

Amid the pandemic, the lease fell through on these properties. The denist went bankrupt, the two houses fell abandoned, and the small real estate office moved elsewhere.

The 4 buildings are the sterotypical bunch. They have Home-Depot plywood replacing windows and doors, the decks are littered with broken glass, and the only way in is through a nail-covered sheet of plywood that is half attached to the door frame. Originally, 2 buildings were accessable, now there’s only one.
