9mil home In rosedale soon to be demolished

Huge 7 bedrooms 6 bathrooms house(mansion) was built in 1922.

It sat vacant for for 50 years if my research is correct.

It was sold in November 2019 for 9 million dollars!

It Is set to be demolished on January 4th 2022.

Walking out of Severn creek Park onto cluny drive a friend and I discovered this abandoned home just a short walk from the park entrance. At the time it was day time and was only able to take a quick look as there was a very nosey neighbour just beside the house. I only was able to take 2 quick photos of the open garage door. I did some research and was able to find a bit of info on the house pics from the outside but couldn't find any from the inside. It is set to be demolished on January 4th 2022. I was able to find the house's floorplan which I unfortunately discovered that the garage with the open door did not lead into the house. We returned the next night at around 1:30 am quickly walked to the side of the house and to the back checking for a POE. There was none and there might be some sort of security alarm or motion detection inside the home also. We were only able to get into the garage where I took a few pics.
