Hazards
There weren’t too many hazards while I was there; it was in pretty good shape. My friend has been in more recently and said the pipes burst this winter and it’s all damaged from flooding now.

About this location
Seems like it has been abandoned since 2021… as of late last year it still had power and running and mostly in really good condition still. There was tons of kitchen stuff, furniture, office stuff, books and records left behind. A cool spot.

some squatters started a fire in here back in 2023. would've probably received heritage status if it was still in good condition.
