Binkley Student Residence

This entire building is abandoned and being used as a giant junkie/squatter shithole. I was ill-prepared for this location and stumbled across it while in the area looking for something else. It was raining and I only whipped the camera out for quick shots, doing no real justice to the scope and size of this place. I can’t wait to see others go here and post some quality galleries. Neighbours surround the building and they’re all likely on high alert because of the obvious homeless traffic coming through here. On the other hand though, there is plenty of summer foliage growing out of control on the grounds, making for great cover. You can pretty much case the entire perimeter of the building and not be seen by anyone. There were several good POEs but they required minor acrobatics that I wasn’t ready for in the rain. Try the front doors. They’re in a deep alcove and well-blocked from the road because of overgrown bushes. There is an abandoned Sushi take-out restaurant in the southwestern corner of the property where you can easily park and circle onto the property. Don’t bother with the Sushi place: the resident squatter has been shitting everywhere inside. Literally, it smells like an outhouse.
