If you go inside the structure, there’s a lot of animal poop. Would not recommend you stay inside too long.
History
This used to be a dam that blocked the Scoudouc river. From what I gather it dates back to about the 1920’s, but if anyone has more accurate dates please let me know. Only a small part of it is left today.
About this location
This structure can be found via the Shediac mountain biking trails. I ran across it when I was biking. There’s a tower like structure with a ramp that goes down to a concrete landing. Under the concrete landing there’s a drain which is pretty big inside if you crawl in.
