Be aware of the highway twinning that is currently going on in the area this would effect the time of day for exploring.
After the steep clime up the hill, you well reach the ruins, which have a fence placed around to protect the ruins but for some reason the lock was never installed. Explore, two rooms, and the area outside of the fence.
