History
Built in the 1940’s to supply power to the mill and local town
closed 1970’s when the mill closed
1977 the dam was opened to drain the lake that was no longer needed
At some point it was purchased and is now privately owned
About this location
Two story concrete building, that was used as power plant for the Conquerall Mill from the 1940’s to the 1970’s. Closed when the mill shut down in the 1970’s. Boarded up and sealed some time after the building was purchased. Plywood was used to cover over the windows, access vents on the roof were bricked up, there is some equipment on the roof, a valve body of some kind.
