Hazards

Tall grass and crumbling foundation, I tried going into the backyard but the ground is giving way to the point where I thought there was a pond there.

History

Seemed occupied until the few years or so. At least to the point where someone would come care for it. I think someone still comes around but they just can’t care for it anymore. Last time I could tell that it had occupancy was in 2014 due to seeing Christmas decorations.

About this location

Been eyeing this place for a while now. Discovered it while on a walk with my dad. I’m assuming it’s going to be torn down at some point or it’s just being left to rot. It’s been this way since I first found it a year ago. Looks in worse condition when I went by today. Be mindful as it’s in a pretty affluent area. I didn’t check the backyard as it was dangerous but could be easier to get in through the back.
