No cell coverage, and the risk of bears is present.
At the time of my visit there was a diamond drilling contractor set up in the area with their muster point placed on one of the old foundations. Bulldozer tracks were obvious along the trails, so if contractors are present it is best to stay cautious on trails and give drills and workers space.
The site itself is not gated nor are there any signs posted, and drill contractors are unlikely to care as long as their operations aren't interfered with.
The Langmuir mine appears to have been in operation during the mid 70s. According to Geology Ontario, 1973 to 1978.
Getting to Langmuir isn't too difficult, it takes a bit of a drive from Porcupine, with the last few kms being a bit rough but not terrible.
The road will take you right to the site, where the tall decant tower will mark the location of most of the remnant foundations. It was at this entry I saw the drillers' muster point.
There is a large concrete structure at the lower end of the hill, which, disappointingly, was not a building but simple a hollow giant box, though it has some amusing graffiti. Up the hill there are some mill foundations and then tower that looms over everything, with a burned out trailer parked between its support pillars.
Some of the trails in the surrounding area lead to old treatment ponds, and some other bits of concrete remain, but there are no longer any intact buildings on the site unfortunately.

Just explored that place today, wonder how crazy it used to look back in the day
