Visited this spot recently (July 2024). The location seems to have been remediated and all the buildings removed. The area is now used by campers.

Believe this place has been repurposed now, may be at least "less" abandoned than before. There are often vehicles parked there when I pass. Back in the day a friend's dad owned it, along with a few other small businesses around town.

Haha, it's not so unknown in the area, and I've been using those roads to get to work for years. One of the road maintenance/snowplow companies we use has a base nearby too. We even just call that route the "joutel road"

Well guess it's still kinda used as storage since it was full of junk in the spring

Bandsaw or circular? I have a old Clarke bandsaw that just runs off a 20hp honda. It's basically just a metal frame.

Ah interesting. It's not a set up I'd seen (or at least noticed) before but makes sense. I have to mill outside like a chump.
