There are some bits of sharp debris in the crawlspace, and possible tripping hazards.

There are some very steep, potentially deadly drops around the pit, but the foundations are safely distant from any ledges.

One of several iron mines that once operated just outside of Wawa, this one features a fairly impressive open pit, though the structures that remain are fairly underwhelming. That said it is very easy to access.
