AIR QUALITY WEAR RESPIRATOR

History

Built in 1976, this dreary-looking industrial building had a lot more than what met the eye. This facility was originally utilized as an asphalt roofing manufacturing plant for Canadian Gypsum Co. Ltd. from the plant’s opening until the late 1980’s. It was at that point purchased by Canadian company CanRoof Corporation Inc., who continued to use the factory to manufacture asphalt shingles up until its closure in 2024. The current factory is set to be demolished in the near future (if it hasn't been already).

The industrially-zoned land is currently listed to be leased as a development opportunity.

CantRoof
