About this location
This is essentially just a shed. It was built sometime between 1978 and 2005 according to aerial photography. The land it sits on remained fairly undeveloped, mostly used for bulk and vehicle storage compared to the heavy industry surrounding it. It's a fairly nice shed with some interesting graffiti but at the end of the day, it's still just a shed.
The shed, along with the adjacent properties are slated for redevelopment as part of the portlands revitalization project. The project, currently in preconstruction, will replace this forgotten section of the city with a new studio district called the Basin Media Hub.

I mean what else could it be? This is one of the heaviest industrial areas in the city lol

you should apply for level 2, you will most certainly get approved and it will help you discover new locations
My first album was posted on February 25 though, should I still go for it?
