Sharp Objects - There is some broken glass and rusty nails inside the place.

Neighours/Gated - When going past the gate, that little montessori school has a very good view of anything going in and out, if someone happens to be looking, we got in and out safely.

Animals - We did not encounter any, but it is in a forested area, so there could be some deer lurking around, or other forest animals.

Plants - Super overgrown as anything like this would be, there are some thorny plants, but stay covered and you will be fine.

General safety - When walking on the walls (which I assume you will do, it's quite fun) Maintain balance and don't hold anything valueable and fragile since the walls are only enough for one foot, and the rocks on top make it a hastle to stay stable, so just be careful about that, and the wooden parts where the windows are, are safe to walk on.
