Update 2013 this is the southwest building of St. Joseph's Hospital. The hospital is still fully functional, and is in the middle of constructing a new building in this sw lot. See link for current status.

This is I believe on Richmond St. and Grosvner St. across from St. Joesph's hopsital. It is part of a nursing home that still is in use.
