About this location
Two story stone farmhouse with some barns and a trailer.
From HollyChaput143, 7/15/2015 Not sure what happened to this farm house. This house is the first one on your right on County Rd 5 just off of County Rd 109. It is a pretty neat house to explore because there is a lot to see. You can easily walk around on the first and second floor in the house. Just walk slowing because the floor is starting to cave in some places and there are some holes in the floor. There is a basement and an attic but I would stay away from those as the boards are fragile and they are both home to some vicious animals.
There are 2 big barns. The first one is right beside the house and and the second one is behind the house. The first one is easy to walk through but be careful walking through the second one as it has wooden boards with nails, old hay everywhere and old cow manure. There is also a white storage trailer. I would not recommend checking that out because it is packed with junk and is home to possibly a skunk!

Stumbled on this one on the weekend...nice to see other people's take on it too. Seems to me this was a migrant house judging by the plethora of mattresses in the house and shed. More boneyard discoveries. The skull trail found is either gone or crushed, can't tell.
What type of animal has black stiff hair growing out of its poop? Lots of it in the attic.
Check out the raccoon skull i found upstairs. I was gonna keep it and clean it and soak it in vinegar to sanitize it, but...meh
This is a Great House and location. Looks like there was a wood stove in a room as well as the fireplace. The attic is cool too, reminded me of Greg Brady's bedroom on The Brady Bunch :-) The barn is ready to fall any day now. Where was the dead deer? I walked the entire property and didn't see no deer. Wanted to see what was left of it.
I live in a house very similar to this. It's a real shame to see a big old beauty like this just left to rot.
Great photo of the raccoon and deer! Definitely not taken in bad taste, animals die, circle of life, etc. etc.
Yup. But not because of taking the coon, it was the part that was in response to what punchbowl was saying.
great photos including the ones of the deer and racoon good job dont see why some people make such a big deal over a pic its only natural
I would have taken the 2 little babies but i have no knowledge of how to take care of them at all and was unsure if the mother was around because there was a little borough just down from where they were.
Well...since my other comment got deleted....I will say it again. I would have taken that cute little coon home!
Sorry wasn't about the dead deer it was about the poor little alive raccoon baby clinging to it.
I think it was in VERY BAD TASTE showing the picture of the dead deer!!! (the poor thing!) - I mean come on!!!!
I took my seven year old son here 2 weekends ago!! Thank god he never saw that or he would have flipped out.
Didnt see the baby raccoon till the way out and there was another one in the ditch didnt want to get to close incase mom was near
@ filper...thanks! Was fun watching swallows fly in and out of this place at high speed.
@ phrenzee...thanks! Favourites were the easy chair and busted tv in the window.
Nice. I like the how the snow came through the windows and covered the furniture.
I got a chuckle from the image of an old farmer out with his John Deere bopping through the fields with Eddy Grant playing on his walkman.
