have driven past this place for months and finally shot it. there is a parking lot next door and an occupied house on the other side. the Main house is sealed up, but the unit it the back is wide open. was a little strange entering the place because of a skunk smell. So naturally...I was a little noisy hoping to warn the sunk....none were found. there was also a stuttering beep from a smoke detector's low battery warning.
It is now 2016 and I am pretty sure that this house is now occupied or at least in use for illegal activities. A few months ago I visited with the intention to enter but was threatened and chased off of the property (I didn't even have the chance to enter) by a guy who appeared to be on drugs. My boyfriend entered (literally stepped in and stepped out because of the unidentifiable smell) the house a couple of days after the incident and opened the door to find toxic sludge coating the interior of the house as well as drug paraphenilia and possibly equipment (test tubes, flasks) for manufacturing methamphetamines. I would not recommend visiting this location anymore unless you are prepared for a possibly life threatening situation. Also, the house to the right of it has dozens of fancy cars (maserati, range rover, corvette, GTR, mercedez benz, etc.) which gives me the slight suspicion that they may be behind this possibly illegal operation.

the north house is empty as well? I swear there was someone there when I went. maybe it's a recent vacancy. who the hell takes the head off a skunk???
No need to worry about the skunk smell, its headless on the property next door (north side), which by the way is empty now as well.

Visited this place today. Both houses are wide open. Getting to the basement was a challenge with the big hole in the floor but was worth it. The back house is wide open an full of garbage. Looks like someone is using it as a garbage dump and tar storage area. Was a cool visit. Pics coming.
