About this location
This place hardly looks Abandoned but it is .No access into this place but the attached garage There's a calender in garage dating 2010 . Whens the last time you seen doors like that on a house. Nice house i'm going to keep my eye on this one to see if it goes up for sale.

I've just learned that this house was lived in by the Rice Family. The Street that this house in on is named after that family.
hahaha I knew the people who lived there. They moved atleast 5 years ago from the house and it was NOT in good shape on the inside. Not sure if anyone ever lived there after they left.
I drove by it about a half hour ago. It's confirmed. It has been demolished. All that's left is the foundation and the mailbox.
I've heard it was torn down about two weeks ago. Such a shame. Rather than sell it or rent it, they just destroyed it. Though, I'll have to confirm it, since it's possible the person who told me may have confused it with the recently demolsihed Playboy Mansion or the Porn Hoard. Despite going to Niagara College, I've never seen this house.

It was demolished January 2013.
