House is a neat one. The trash in the house (some seemingly recent) suggests that this is a hot-spot for non-urbex visitors. (Given the proximity to a subdivision, it could be a hangout spot for local teens). There is some furniture that appears to have been left by the most recent residents. Be careful of the broken glass and nails on the floor, however!

This one is boarded up now and had no entry last time I checked.
