There is a house and a back garage and shed still standing up right but there are remains from a building to the left of the house, which seems to have been wrecked by a fire. Buildings boarded up however and very close to new neighbouring streets.... If you go in through the Lawson Rd entrance you have to hop a fence and it states there is possibility of a future through street; not sure how much longer the building will stand.
