Close Call

So I stumble upon this place by accident on my way to the waterfront recently and decide to take a look. Walked into the backyard through the toppled gate and saw that the back door was wide open and that some of the back windows have all been smashed out some time ago. Door to shed/storage area was also torn off and covered in pine needles. Looks inactive enough for me. At that point I slip inside to take a look. No sooner had I ventured into the house and into living room I hear an alarm start to beep. I high tail it out to the back yard as Im getting back to my vehicle on another block I see the boys in blue turn onto the road with the house. Needless to say that despite the house being inactive with a door wide open it is most certainly and surprisingly alarmed! Decent sized place, had a really cool green house in the back yard but definitely file under "You Have Been Warned":)
