103.5 Radio Station

This is the former site of the Z103 Dot 5 radio Station. Too bad they took the sign down. This property looks to have been explored after it was closed 2-3 years ago. Not sure if they are waiting to develop it or sell it? No development or for sale signs on the outside. Looks abandoned to me. The building next to it is also empty. They come as a pair.

POE: There seems to be a broken window used for entry in the past on the staircase. Another option is taking the staircase to the roof and then lowering yourself through that open window in the back. I'm not Batman so I'm not trying that! I wanted to get some shots through the windows but it's on a busy street with tons of vehicle and foot traffic.

Darkman update: Was here 10/03/2014 and both buildings were standing intact. Now, 2 days later, gone.
