The only real hazard is neighbours, its next to a park with public workout equipment, and the Royal Canadian Legion, so be careful when checking this place out.
About this location
This is a small, tall, unmarked blocky building, next to Royal Canadian Legion Branch 344. My best guess is this is some kind of foundation building? I couldn't find much info online about it, on account of it not having a real address. However, this building is pretty neat. It’s just a tall room with a catwalk that surrounds the ceiling, pretty cool for a photo shoot or to hang out.

No idea what this building is, saw this place while at an event at the legion, decided to check it out. the back door was cracked open, so I snapped a few shots of the inside too.

I When to check this place out yesterday and there might be squatters there or some eles each checking it out. Because There was a coffee cup and a pallet placed infront of the door
