I didnt have any problems with people walking by, and there is no cameras or anything, however this building is at a fairly busy intersection. So explore at your own risk.

History of Palace Arms Hotel & Tavern

I don't know a ton about the history, but this building is over 130 years old. Formerly, it was partially the Palace Arms Tavern (King Street Side) and partially the Palace Arms Hotel (Strachan Avenue Side), I only got into one of the residential areas of the building. However there are many sections and entrances to this building.

Me and my buddy decided to explore this old brick building. Finding doors on one side, But only one was enterable (97 Strachan Ave). This building seems very old, however there were no signs or paper indicating how long this building has been abandoned. After a quick google search I found out this place is 135 YEARS OLD, but still in very mint condition.
