According to my research, this house is pretty much still considered to be unknown. While it dates back to the Victorian era (1850's) its historical significance remains a mystery. It is not yet deemed a heritage site, but its craftmanship has warranted enough value to be incoporated into future developments. As of right now, the plan is to restore and relocate the building. While the building is in tact, some of the buildings in its vicinity have been demolished (i.e., the horse barn). This site is currently accessible through the back entrance and is relatively hazard free.
