Visited on 03/28/2026, the ladder down through the roof was missing the panel closest to the entrance, so we tied a hose to the gate above the entrance for support. We didn't see any pigeons but we heard them. The first floor is made of ice, which was cracking in some spots, so the floor will definitely be flooded as soon as the weather warms up. There was also a bit if ice on the stairs and railings. The basement is flooded and we found mold on the ground in the room with the view from the second floor. Views from roof are definitely still worth the trip, just make sure that you have proper footwear and respirator against mold.

The entrance thought the roof is quite sketchy even with the rope there were several groups of people and non of us had the guts to use the rope to get to the fence still a good spot but wouldn't recommend if u not already pretty comfortable with heights, climbing/ have upper body strength
