What we have here is a "mansion" built on the Otanabee River in Peterborough. The previous owner was a large drug lord in the area and was put away after trying to sell 1KG of cocaine to an undercover police officer. The Government has seized the property, but it doesn't appear that any security measures are in place to keep out us explorers (minus the perimeter fence). A security camera can be seen at the gate, but it is no longer functional. While walking the grounds for 2 hours we never had anyone approach us. The property is well hidden from any neighbours. The house is pretty tightly boarded, but there is access to the garage. Inside you will find 3 classic cars. I have linked the article relating to the owners arrest below, and it also includes more photos of the main house.
See the following link for the most up-to-date link on what the property has become now:

i was here recently. alarm went off on me. i think there is motion sensors or something.
The empty garage is accessible but not the house, it's also alarmed as well.
Was here on the weekend this place is all locked up no poe. Did some research and in December 2015 they went in and emptied the house and garage and locked the property up. Their is a property maintenance company cutting the grass and doing security so be careful, power has been reconnected to the house and their are some lights on inside the house.
Great entry now that the gallery is complete, and thanks for the interesting link giving the story.
