A whole neighborhood left and boarded up.

It looks like there are only 4 houses on the entire street that are actually occupied. It's kind of creepy driving down this street & seeing almost all the houses boarded up. There is one occupied house at the end of the court completely surrounded by vacant properties.
The one house we were able to get into had a completely flooded basement, badly peeling paint, and very poor air quality. I would [b]definitely[/b] recommend a respirator here. For some reason there were still clothes hung up in an upstairs closet.

@fiso yeah most of the places are foreclosures some go as far back as 2001
This one's been going on betwwen various developers, the city and the OMB sionce April, 2008.

the one house at the end of the street that is supposedly occupied has MANNEQUINS ON THE FRONT LAWN.
