This property on a busy Oshawa road is the former home of DJM Spray Foam. The company has since moved to another location in Oshawa, and the property is currently for sale.

Although there is a large realtor's lock on the front door, the building is easily accessible at another point. the interior is certainly not in a "saleable" condition, with appliances and other debris scattered about, holes in a bathroom wall, and peeling paint. There is also some [i]minor [/i]flooding in the basement.

Out back is a huge lot with a decrepit shed that looks like the first strong wind would collapse completely, and a cool old boat.

When I was down in the basement, the furnace kicked in, indicating that there[i] is still power[/i] to the building. It looks like no one has been in there in a long time though, and the calendar in the kitchen is dated 2014.
