About this location
this 4 level side split, built in 1966 currently sits empty awaiting its fate, when an excavator rolls down the driveway to rip it down, and replace it and eventually its neighboring house with a row of town houses. it was sold in April 2016 for 555k to developers. i could not find an access point. but judging that is less than 5 minutes away from a high school, i"m sure that it wont be long until it does have access. fairly long driveway and nice size lot. from the window i looked in, it looked recently renovated. if in the area, definitely check it out.
