About this location

Me and friends would often pass by the flea market near Sheppard and Midland and it had always been abandoned. We decided to check it out however it is mostly boarded down and entry is only possible to from the second floor by climbing the rope.

Chained shut, peaking through the windows

I did my best to take pictures of the interior through the windows and doors, but I couldn't enter without getting stuck inside. Bring a rope if you want to get inside.

Well I had lived in the Scarborough area most of my life in Canada! Arriving in August of 1975, and obviously this has not always been an abandoned building! It was actually once a Beaver Lumber store, and in front of it or I should say at the s/w corner used to be a Dunkin Dounut store and across the road and is still there the Knox United church! The story that goes with these and some other buildings in Scarborough have not such a good story behind them, which still today 57 years later the people involved with this area are still in my life causing more and more pain, and illegal acts, by what I have no found out to be members of my adopted family and very prominent people in Toronto back then and today. At this time I am unsure if I am able to explain further without getting arrested or assaulted again, today is July 16th 2024 and this story goes back 47 years to a young shy child abused for as many years that everyone is now trying to hide! There is another abandoned building that I'm know no one but a handful of people know about if it is still there! I will try today to go get some pictures of it if it still exists, and old barn north of McNicole Ave on old pass more rd. Stay tuned

Found a way in a while back, there was a hole covered with plywood but it was taken down. If you go in the hole, there is a plywood board to your right with dozens of nails so be super careful + trains come by often, DONT GET CAUGHT BY THE OPERATOR!!!
