Avery & Hara Horse Farm

Abandoned farmhouse with 3 different barns. The abandonment is most likely due to it being the southwestern corner of the failed Canadian Motorsport Speedway property or a future pit location for the big quarry company across the road. The house is not completely empty and features some semi-interesting leftovers. The ceiling inside has completely collapsed in most places, dumping insulation everywhere. Photos here are from early 2022. There was a suspicious barn fire here in June of 2022. I have not been back to the property since the fire and have no update on property access.
