There are a few uninhabited houses but they are all (mostly likely) on private property. I would advise watching out for neighbours, looking on the floors of some of the uninhabited buildings for trash and sharp objects.
Orion came to life in 1916, with the large amounts of rain in the area making the crops plentiful. Unfortunately, in the years to come, droughts, grasshopper plagues and dust storms would cause the town’s population to go from 150 (late 1910s) to 11. (1991) However, Orion has an operational grocery store among few other amenities.
There are quite a few people living here who don’t take kindly to trespassers, (I’m assuming that from the copious amounts of “NO TRESPASSING” signs throughout the town,) AND there is a lot of graffiti (in one building in particular.) Orion has a fully operational grocery store, two cemeteries nearby (I wasn’t able to visit them, I will hopefully go back here soon,) and tons of little INHABITED farmhouses lining the streets.
