About this location

This is a grey, rectangular 4 floor building at King st and Cowan ave. The first floor is a bit of a half-assed basement so I am unsure whether it counts as having 3 or 4 floors, but you can judge from the photos. Inside the building is in a fairly extreme state of decay. The walls are peeling, the floors are unsafe, it's a junky jungle in there. It presents some quite interesting photo ops, especially on the top floor where there might have been a fire. Unfortunately, I have been unable to find any info on this building online, probably because there is no visible street number. It was probably a residential building, since inside one can find mailboxes and a lot of steel bath tubs. I'd like to imagine it was one of those fabled Parkdale rooming houses from the 80's.

Screwed n’ Boarded

I took these photos about a year ago while walking by, and completley forgot about them. I remember there was a homeless man yelling across the street, this building is in a pretty sketchy area. I was...

I've been here a few times. Doesn't seem to have a poe. It's a neat little place to check out if you're ever in the area. As you can see in the pics by vern_godlittle, you can peep into the decaying building through where the door hinges used to be.
