About this location

This is a stone house located on Reesor rd. It appears that this house is on the Wm. A Milne property. I was unable to dig up any info on this house anywhere, seems to be almost impossible. I have tried emailing a few people withing the TRCA{Toronto and Region Conservation Authority} and Ontario Land Registry, so far no replies. I will post info if acquired. I do know that this property and the Peter Reesor property are both owned by someone within and/or the TRCA. The TRCA had purchased the nearby properties for helping the watersheds and tree planting. This house is made from stone leading me to believe that this is probably an old structure. This house is tightly boarded up, nearly impossible to infiltrate. I was able to get a view of the basement and it is flooded, about 2 feet deep, as far as I could see. Moldy as heck in there. I only have pictures of the exterior.
