About this location
Built in 1911. Abandoned since 2006. Operating for over 95 years as a private member(a)s club, the Welland Club ceased to exist in 2006 and was for sale until it partially burned. Not sure what caused the fire but it(a)s the third fire in this area. The second downtown Welland.....Arson??? Probably.

Ya ,the sale price tripled to $700,000 in just half a year, but now that will change. Bad wiring ? ,maybe, if they still had power. Its also been record setting hot too.
