Corner Gas No Longer

Former site of a gas station with no evidence remaining except for a beater sign. House and garage sit adjacent on the same bit of land. For sale sign present and accounted for. With the city pressing right up to this location it(a)s a safe assumption that the corner lot will be repurposed and the house will be taken down. Not much in the way of vandalism, perhaps via the overkill of no trespassing and keep out signage. Power remains hooked up. Alarm stickers may or may not be a bluff. Couple of boarded up windows at ground level.
