BUILDING:
Open concept L-shaped industrial building (11,000 square feet). Comprised of two large rooms, no offices or outbuildings.

ARTIFACTS:
A few old desks with crumbling paperwork and racks of cheap items like light bulbs. Work wear (gloves, overalls). No tools or equipment.

AREA:
Surrounded by large farm fields on a dead end road. Zero traffic. Barb wire fencing on the front but nothing surrounding the rear at all. East side of property borders an old public road allowance.
