Shipwrecker's Boneyard

International Marine Salvage Inc. (IMS) is Southern Ontario's leading metals recycler. This was one of their old shipyards, located beside the Welland Canal in Port Colborne. Various rusting hulks from the upper portions of old ships can be found scattered around the perimeter. A small metal shop and a few small boats also make up the site. Everything here is in an extreme state of rusty decomposition. This is a great site of photographic beauty and it would be a pleasure to see it properly captured in the winter months as well. Access is currently extremely easy. Therefore, although the site really does not qualify for a FM status, it will be listed this way for several months to keep it easily accessible for the time being.
