This house looks like it was last lived in in 2008. It is mostly surrounded by swamp and ponds. Someone built bridges and pathways throughout the property. I have visited this place twice now. More items have been removed since last year yet there are personal possessions remaining.
Update by hglerie, May 2018
Despite being off a busy road and sandwiched between development, this location truly is a secluded oasis. The roof is really starting to deteriorate however the house and barn/garage remain secure. The pond levels are quite high right now. There is a bobcat truck parked near the entrance and fresh mud tracks around the property, so I wonder if some development is brewing. There are new fruit trees planted behind the garage that are labelled. Many deer were observed grazing around the property. Online searches do not at all explain this property's history or future. It appears that the last homeowners were Frederica and Henk Kaak, who died in 2008 and 1996, respectively. I wouldn't be surprised if the property has been abandoned since Henk's death.

Storytrail and I visited here and were completely surprised by a rogue deer who popped from the bushes behind the shed. Neighbours spotted us on the way in but gave us no hassle, I figure they are use to photographers and won't bother calling the cops unless people are smashing things.
@ ground state #15 is a place to grow plants. It's wrecked now. @odet27 I'm not sure what the deal is with the police tape. It wasn't there last year. The bad guy poster has been stabbed with a pool cue.
Beautiful house... very interesting lay-out. What do you think #15 was all about? - just a long growing ledge for houseplants?
hmm, cool. I wonder if this place was used for police training as well? "do not cross" police line, as well as a bad guy poster(kinda similar to the medway house location) with bullet holes.

As of now, a new home was built on this proprety. They kept a few things from the old home including the detached garage/shed. So glad a high rise wasn't built here...
