Location # 5841

A small home with some out buildings in Pelham. Seems the back buildings may have been used as an antique store at one point.

Not a great deal of decay but it's something for the local urban explorers to check out and enjoy if in the area!

new update today I saw a man in the driveway on his phone in the morning and by the afternoon on my way home I saw a crew there fixing all the broken windows. I don't think this will be abandoned much longer.

This place is already starting to get trashed. I have been working just down the road and someone is smashing out all the windows. I was going to go inside today to check out damage but when I stepped inside I saw a motion detector so I just left. Inside still looked untouched though from what I saw.

I wonder who's cutting the lawn, looks like it is cared for so as to keep it from looking too derelict perhaps?

Nice... a little bit too nice! I don't know if I even would have recognized this one as abandoned. I've probably driven by it several times. But more importantly, this listing made me realize Pelham wasn't on my Watchlist!!
