Spring Garden Centre

The Spring Garden Centre looks to have been abandoned for a very long time but it's hard to tell just how long. The property is now owned by HR Developments who will soon demolish the building and several others in the area to build more condos. It won't take them much to turn this place into a pile of kindling but even still, someone has got the door blocked off with a pile of stuff. I got part way in, but couldn't get quite all the way in. I think kids may be using the spot as a hangout, with the real POE somewhere in the back.

Highly visible from the road, but looks like it may have some interesting stuff left inside. This location is slated for demolition sometime in the coming summer.
