2022 UPDATE: This location has been COMPLETELY refaced. The original building has been rebuilt to such a degree that I am marking the location demolished. Some locations get repurposed--this is more than that. The entire previous location is long gone (Ground State).

Trensept was an abandoned factory of some sort. A brief google search turns up little besides a city fine for abandonment, and for a large pile of tires left on property.. The actual owners seem to be AWOL, and the city has largely ignored the site, aside from removing the tires. The building itself is comprised of an older section, brick with a streetfront modern addition including offices. This older section is early 20th century, probably 1910-1930. This areas is comprised of interior compartments, such as bathrooms and offices, garage/loading areas etc. The larger modern addition is likely from 1960-1970's and is a several story open concept building, probably intended for assembly and manufacturing areas. All equipment has long been removed, and the upper story office areas are dangerously deteriorated.

Additional links, hazards and the following description added by "StKitsBoi", July 2016:

Trensept Automation inc was a rubber and tire recycling company closed in 2007 due to bankruptcy and a fire in the buildings office. In 2009 they were fined $100,000 for leaving behind 10,000 flammable tires and 40,000 kilos of shredded rubber. They cleaned out the whole building and it is now empty. All windows are smashed and there is glass everywhere. It is very eerie in there you will hear a lot of noises. Pretty much every door is open and the building is accessible from any side. Use a flashlight and watch your step.

Other guard did the cafeteria once WHILE a shift was on. He pulled three chairs behind the coke machines and slept bridging them. I know because I had to relieve him and he was late coming back, trapped behind the machines when a few guys came in for lunch and were eating a few feet away!

I was the security guard here from 1993-1996. We had blueprints of the plant hanging on the wall of the security office with little X's marking all the places in the plant that we slept. I scored the president's office. Slept right under his desk.
