Sitting in the middle of Princess Street is this series of buildings that look to have been used for storage. The main brick building seems to be full of various upholstery supplies, while the back sheds are empty from what I could peak. Entry is possible, but I did not have enough time to. The parking in and around the area is now parking for the people who live in the townhouses behind.
